For those of you who haven't unlocked the Halloween Site Theme yet, today is your chance. You will be able to unlock it by being online on Neopets between 11:59:00pm - 11:59:59pm NST on Halloween (October 31st). If you don't unlock it, the site theme will disappear after halloween!

We have just updated our Site Themes page with the new PPL Site Theme, now you can see all the buttons, plus a very interesting preview page.


In addition to that the Plot Cover now has an overview of the prizes given out, for those who missed it.

We've also updated the Keyquest page with the new tokens from plushies series 6 (Royal Gelerts, Scorchios and Unis).

We've finally been able to create an overview of all the halloween items that you can win from Keyquest. This list can be found on the Keyquest Prizes page.


Please be aware that there is a glitch going on in Keyquest. Sometimes if you hand in gold keys at the vault you'll receive prizes for silver; if you hand in a silver key you may receive prizes for bronze, etc. If this happens to you use the Keyquest Bug report form on Neopets.

Earlier we reported about the existance of the petpetpark.com website. However, we never said that you could play the beta test, we merely pointed out some interesting pages to read. At this moment you cannot login and play Petpet Park. Once it opens for beta testing we will post on the news here with some more information.

In addition, Petpet Park is almost ready. The official website, petpetpark.com, is mentioned by the NT Editorial as well. Celebrate by using more petpet park goodies!

When Mutant Graveyard of Doom went to the Games Graveyard in year 6 it vanished from Neopia and now.. IT'S BACK! Mutant Graveyard of Doom II has just opened up for premium beta testing. For those without premium, here's the description:

Guide Albert through the maze using your arrow keys. Keep a close eye out for enemies as you go -- they could be just beyond the light from Albert's lantern, waiting to pounce! If they hit Albert, the light circle from his lantern will become smaller and smaller. Use the spacebar to knock the loose tombstones onto your enemies to defeat them. There are also glowing power-ups to help Albert along the way, and power-downs to make his task more difficult. Collect all the items to move on to the next level! Just make sure to watch the candle on the screen. When it burns down completely, Albert's hopes for escape will be snuffed out! For the best possible game-playing experience, please make sure that you are using the most recent version of your browser and that you have closed all other applications on your computer. If you have an older computer, you may want to set the game quality to Medium or Low before starting your game.

TNT has created another sponsor activity for everyone, this time sponsored by Hasbro's Littlest Pet Shop brand. The activity requires you to go to different areas of Neopets and click on the ad banners that appear. We now have a guide detailing the exact steps necessary.
Also remember that Keyquest is awarding double keys and special spooky prizes untill november 3rd!

Remember the Petpet Park plot? Naturally the plot was supposed to lead to the opening of Petpet Park. While everyone assumed it was going to be on the neopets website, its not! Petpet Park can be found at www.petpetpark.com! 
As for now, not much can be found on the site. It does say that you will be able to login using your neopets account, so you will not need a new account. But since it's not on the Neopets website, we're unsure what the relation between the two will be. There are two pages that are open for visit, they are: About Petpet Park and Petpet Park FAQ. Especially the FAQ page is quite interesting, as it gives you some insights on what the area will be like and which features there will be.


Also a friendly reminder for the players of Keyquest. If you are not a premium member do not play the Premium version of keyquest. People are getting suspended for doing so, so stick to the regular version.

TNT has just filtered every user coding on neopets to disallow the workaround for the newest filters to allow the usage of display, visibility and many more style elements.

So most likely your lookup, gallery, shop and what not will look awful now. Please do not mail us if we know the solution, whenever we find one if there is one we will surely let you know.

Update: It seems there are several workarounds available currently.
Change the style tags to <style //> and </style //> or
Change the style tags to <style > and </style > keeping in the space.

For Shops and Galleries, use the second set of style tags with the extra space.

Please let me know if normal style tags with disallowed words work in any area for you.

PS. we will not be changing our graphic immediately, since we hope TNT will fix the filters and allow the usage of these disallowed words in most areas again.

Petpet Park Plot Mission 6 has been released! Our Mission 6 Guide is now also ready for use. In this plot you have to solve 2 puzzles. The first one being slightly harder than the second puzzle. Good Luck!

Because the keyquest page got much too long because of all the information we wanted to share with you guys, we decided to redo the page entirely. The new Keyquest Page also has all the info about the new game update. It features all of the new allignments, the different boards, the charms and hexes, the new mini games, the new tiles and powerups.

Today a new Key Quest Beta was released to Premium users.

You are now able to choose from a plethora (loads) of different Game Boards.

For instance, you will be able to choose from only specific Mini Game Boards, a Charm Board, an Alignment Board and many more.

Also new powerups, hexes, charms, neopian characters were added to the different boards.

We are currently gathering information about the new additions to the Key Quest Beta, so keep an eye out on our news for more information about it.

Update: Our Key Quest Guide has now been updated with the newly found powerups, charms, hexes and Neopian characters.

We may have good news for everyone who is awaiting the arrival of the P3 Habitats game. Recently TNT has started with some updates related to this game. Two new shops have appeared: a Neopoints shop and an NC Mall shop. You can see both shopkeepers below.

Secondly all items related to P3 Habitats now have a little leaf on them to indicate they are for the game (like they have done for neohomes as well). For more information on P3 Habitats, be sure to check our guide.

We have also updated our Keyquest page, with all the new tokens from the Neopets Plushies series 5 (see newspost of September 22nd).

Mission 5 walkthrough is now available. This is a pretty short step to complete, so go and rescue these Oukins if you haven't already.

Lablog has had yet another new update. This update will appeal most to our Battledome fans, but it is also interesting for everyone else.

Our new feature is a Lablog Statistics page. On this page you can find four things.

First of all an overview of the total numbers of different zaps. From this table you can gather that currently a gain in hitpoints is the most common zap of Lablog users, with 12.38%.

Secondly there is an overview of average pet statistics. This table shows if the lab on average is positive or negative towards pet stats such as level, hitpoints and strength. This table shows that on average level doesnt go up or down, while hitpoints, movement and strength go up with the use of the lab.

The third table shows the colours that are most often zapped, until now, faerie seems to be the winning colour.

The fourth table shows the same, but then for species zaps. The lab appears to be a fan of zapping Kyriis.


We would also like to attend you to the fact that Neopets is redoing their Login page today. This means that most likely at some point of the day you will be logged out and you will need to re-login. This login page may ask for additional information such as your birth date, e-mail address or PIN number. So be sure to write those down for all your accounts, so you don't lose the access to them. We assume that the new login page is being created in order to do something about the cookie grabbing problem that is still going on on Neopets.
