Theres a new Keyquest beta test today, according to the neopets news:

Please join us for Double Key Spectacular on Thursday April 30th in Key Quest and receive free rare virtual wearable items. You must enter a Key Quest game sometime between 4pm and 5pm NST (Pacific Time) to qualify for the virtual prizes. In order to get all three prizes you will have to play for the entire hour.

There will also be a Petpet Park Play Test today.

Play Test on Thursday It's time for another test! However, instead of another load test, we'll be holding a play test on Thursday, April 30th from 2-5pm NST (PDT). For those who have never been in a play test, it simply means we ask you to test a specific feature of the Park to find any bugs. We'd then also like you to tell us what you think of that feature overall. Play tests are more fun than load tests, but don't tell the load tests we said that. For this particular play test, we'd like to test Park Points. We've gone though and evened out the PP ratios for the mini-games and updated all the prices in the shops. So, please play the mini-games to earn Park Points and then go on a shopping spree! If you notice anything weird, like Park Points not updating or prices not matching up, please report it using the Bug Report Form. Then, once you're finished testing, we'd like to know what you think of the game payouts and shop prices overall. You can let us know using the Feedback Form.

The bonus prize for collecting daily at Springtime Celebration is starting to appear in player inventories.  The Negg Hat is a wearable item.  We don't know whether this means that TNT thinks they're finished giving out the prize for the last day that was glitched.

TNT will be hosting another Petpet Park load test this weekend.  On Saturday, April 25, 2009, from 2 to 4 pm NST, beta testers are invited to test new features and try to crash the park. 

Some additional beta spots have been available recently at various times (not always announced), so keep checking back, maybe you’ll be one of the lucky ones.  To see which site features are scheduled to be updated for this load test, visit the Petpet Park news page.

Neopets has been gradually handing out the glitched prizes of Springtime Celebration of April 13th. Thusfar only a few people have received the prize and many people are still waiting. The prize you will receive if you unsuccessfully attempted to collect your springtime celebration prize is Hand Picked Spring Flowers.  If you have not yet received this prize, you are not alone! Be patient and the item should come to you eventually. Thusfar only the prizes for April 13th are being handed out, the prizes for collecting the prizes every day are not yet given out.


Furthermore, TNT has been making some updates to Petpet Park. Among which are a few new characters, such as Cochon, Kora and Ms. Riley. Our Petpet Park Guide has been updated accordingly. If you are not yet a beta tester be sure to check the Petpet Park News frequently as dates with new beta spots are posted there occasionally.

As you may have read in the news, there is a new game you can purchase called Quizara's Curse. By playing this game, you can earn four virtual prize codes, which give you cool items such as the wearable Faerie City Balcony Background. In addition to the Grey Nimmo that we've posted before, caption 1000 is also themed grey for Grey Day on April 14th. If you get selected in the 1000st version of the Caption Contest and manage to win (be in the top 15), you will receive the Caption Contest Funny avatar. Below is a preview of that particular caption contest so you can start thinking of funny captions to submit. Note that this is a preview, Caption Contest 1000 starts next tuesday!

As we mentioned previously, TNT has been working very hard on Petpet Park and there are lots of updates and new features. One of these new features are mini quests you can do during your stay in Petpet Park. Currently there is one mini quest available called Mr. Grimsby's Gift. We have made a guide on how to complete this mini quest. Also read our Petpet Park Guide to learn everything there is to know about Petpet Park.

Secondly, as you may have noticed, we have two new icons next to our already existing RSS Feeds icon. These will lead you directly to our Faerie Crossword Answers and Daily Puzzle answers. These are made by our new pixel artist paijemae!

Also, do not forget to get the Easter avatar if you have not unlocked it yet. Send someone the "Happy Easter (Animated!)" Neogreeting between between 8 and 10 April.

We have a brand new page on SunnyNeo, a Faerie Crossword Puzzle page. This page will be updated daily (shortly after midnight NST) by our newest staffmember arvaak! This will help you to quickly earn yourself 600 neopoints daily (and the library faerie avatar if you don't have it yet). You can find a link to this page in the games section of the navigation, and on our Dailies page.

Today there will be a new load test for Petpet Park, this test will take place between 11am - 1pm NST. If you are currently a Petpet Park user you can help with this load test. On the Petpet Park site you can also read that there will be new beta testing spot openings during that time. If you are interested in joining in, be sure to visit Petpet Park between those hours.
