HAPPY KOUGRA DAY!!! Kougra can now be painted as Toy, along with several elemental Whiskers & Mane. Our Rainbow Pool and Wearables HQ databases have been updated for the awesome new releases! The Elemental (and normal) Mane & Whiskers can be found in the Neopian Garden Center.

SunnyNeo Update! Over the past few months we've been hard at work improving, organizing and cleaning up our Wearable HQ and Item databases. Today we're excited to announce the release of HTML5 Pet Previews. You'll be able to see item previews on compatible pets, including animated HTML5 items. Furthermore, we've brought back an old SunnyNeo Customisation feature to easily preview an item on other pet species and colours.
