TNT has fixed the 'Random Challenge' you need to complete for the Games Master Challenge.  

Some people though report to still having trouble with this challenge.  Rating a game with '10' seems to work.  If you still cannot complete this challenge, you had better send a bug report to TNT.

Our guide has now been updated.

On another note, we revamped our Key Quest token page. We have added the alignments and where the token is from. You can also filter on series and/or alignment. In the process of doing this we have also found the Bonus token for Series 6: Smiley Negg!

Today Neopets Puzzle Adventure was released for the Nintendo DS, Wii and P.C. system's in both Canada and the United States. As a bonus when you purchase the DS version at Toy's R Us in the U.S. you will receive a free $5 Neocash card!

We have just made two new guides for Sponsor offers. By clicking on several banner ads in Neopia you can earn yourself some neopoints. Unfortunately you can only participate if you live in the United States/Canada and are not a premium member.

The first guide is for Horton hears a Who! The second guide is for I Spy Treasure Hunt.

With the new Open Beta Keyquest Beta, a lot of new powerups were released. TNT also added other new features to the game, such as Location Tiles/Cards and Something Has Happened events. Our Keyquest guide has just been updated with all of these wonderful new features. Enjoy Playing!

A new guide for Volcano Run II has been added to our Games Room. Included in the guide are tips on maximizing your bonus points, quality images of Glubgar straight out of the game, and six unique image animations to aid you in navigating the different parts of the tunnel. If you've been having a rotten time earning the avatar or trophy for the game, this is the guide for you.

One June 6th (check our newsarchive) we reported about a new game coming out from neopets, called Neopets Puzzle Adventure. It will be brought into stores in the US in exactly two weeks! Neopets has its own counter that counts down the days and minutes till release on this page. Some sites allow you to pre-order this game already through the site, for example: GameStop. The release dates for other countries may vary, for instance The Netherlands will receive the game on January 23rd (according to developer Capcom).

Secondly, the NC Mall is holding a super sale! Many backgrounds are being sold at half price (only 100 NC). We don't know if these backgrounds may retire, if you're looking to get one of the ones for sale, you best do it now.

Third, Toys R Us in the United States / Canada will be holding a sale on their Neopets Plushies. The sale will start Friday November 14th starting at 3:00pm and it lasts till Saturday November 15th at 1:00pm. The sale will be, buy one plushie; get one free! Not all stores will be participating, so you may want to call your local store to confirm.

As some of you may know, very very few lucky people were able to acces Petpet Park. One of these people, bryan_cuties, has helped us set up a complete and explanatory guide about Petpet Park. From this guide you will be able to learn everything there is currently known about Petpet Park. Thank you Bryan for your help!


Also, on January 25th 2008 I posted a trading post glitch warning, which happens sometimes if your offer is not accepted on a trade. If another offer is accepted or the trades close down your items and/or neopoints may disappear (not always!). Well this glitch is still not fixed. We're allmost a year later now.. If anyone experiences this glitch please notify TNT by using a bug report.

We have an interesting update for all fans of Keyquest. Earlier we reported with an overview of all boards that were released in the Premium beta test of the game, you can see them in the Keyquest Boards section. Among these boards were several boards without mini games in them. However, a neopets staff member has made it clear that TNT has no intention at all to release Keyquest boards without mini games! Also, we are still looking to accept more than one graphics maker into our team. If you are interested in making graphics for us, please fill in the Graphics Maker Application Form. Please note that applications without a portfolio will not be taken into consideration. It is best to take some time to work hard on your portfolio and show us your work, than to just quickly apply. We will appreciate the work you've done on your portfolio.

We heard a rumour that the following plushies will be released as the Series 6 Plushies. There are currently no images to be found of them, but once we do, we will post them on the news.

First and foremost, as you may have noticed our graphics maker application is back up. That's because we're looking for more graphics makers! Make sure to apply if you think you've got what it takes :D

On another note, we've got new glitters and goal counters. Four new glitters to help put us in the holiday spirit (Autumn Kyrii, Snowbunny, Ice Wocky, and Candychan), and seven new goal counters for those Petpet/Trans Potion seekers (Bartamus, Cadro, Flizzardo, Hasee, Peedleedoo, as well as the Peophin and Eyrie Transmogrification Potions).
