TNT have announced in their New Features page that the Neopets FAQ system has undergone a revamp. This is what they have stated on the New Feature page...

NEW! - So what is that? Let's use the FAQ! Uh... ya... that usually wouldn't work since our FAQ system fails. However, we have updated our FAQ system to be new and spifftastic! Here are some of the changes you may notice:

  1. You will now be able to create and monitor the status of support tickets when you submit an inquiry. It may ask you to log in again. If so please don't worry, this is normal.
  2. The emails you receive from us will be quite pretty
  3. FAQs are now located in the searchable Neopets Support Center and you can give feedback and rate them! :)

So make sure you go and check out all of those things that you never really knew exsited and ask all of those questions to which you could never find the answer. (Remember we will never ask you for your password.)

Here is a brief overview of what the new system has for in store for everyone:

FAQs
Browse or search our spiffy FAQs for the answers to all your questions.

SunnyNeo Comments: The FAQ section is usually the first place you should browse through before resorting to contacting TNT via contact forms or more traditional methods of snail mail or fax.
Submit Feedback
Submit feedback about our customer support. Cookies are optional, but appreciated.

SunnyNeo Comments: This section has a 500 character limit for your message and it centres around your feedback that you want to send to TNT about Neopets. The category options are Criticism, Compliment, Suggestion, Mistake, Comment and Other.
Submit a Ticket
Having problems? Submit a ticket to a Neopets Team staff member! You can track the status of your ticket in My Support.

SunnyNeo Comments: The support tickets are based around the core problems you encounter on Neopets, such as additional FAQs you may want to ask TNT if it's not already been answered in the FAQ section or serious questions about your account and the site terms and conditions. TNT have a ticket tracking system in place so you know how the status of your enquiry is doing (i.e. whether TNT have looked into the issue within the week for you).
Contact Us
Want to send us snail mail or faxes? Click here to find out how.

SunnyNeo Comments: This section displays various generic TNT support e-mail addresses, a snail mail address and a fax number for those who need to use an alternate way of contacting TNT without the forms.
