A few years ago, TNT put a birthday lock on the login system, without giving a warning on forehand. People who hadn't logged into their account in a while got locked out. Many pets were lost :(
Today, we bring you great news! You -can- login to an account without the birthdate! Thank you so much marlo_v for sharing this with us.

What you need :
To know your neopets password for that account.

1. Log out of your current account.
2. Go to https://www.neopets.com/help.phtml, and click on 'My Support'.
3. Log in with the username and password that you lost your birthday to.
4. Voila! You are now logged in.

Please keep in mind you may only have up to 5 accounts. If this gives you an extra account to your five accounts, you will need to freeze another account. This is the page at which you can self-freeze your account.
