There was a glitch concerning the AC NC Challenge. Some users could claim prizes which they didn't deserve. It seems TNT is working on removing these glitched items from those accounts.

Hi username Thank you for participating in this year's Altador Cup! As you might have known, players may also participate in the Altador Cup NC Challenge by purchasing an Altador Cup V NC Challenge Game Ticket at the NC Mall. This ticket allows players to earn exclusive Neocash item prizes. It has come to our attention that a glitch occurred which allowed players who did not purchase the Altador Cup V NC Challenge Game Ticket from the NC Mall to collect one or two of these Neocash item prizes. It appears that you were one of the few players who came across this glitch and claimed either the Altador Cup Training Gym Background, the Altador Cup V Souvenir Toga, or both. Because of this, we have removed these items from your account. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. They're removing the items in alphabatical order. You can leave the glitched items in your inventory for removal.

Hey, TNT! *throws coconuts at you* Today I decided to read books to my Neopets, and I just so happened to have Altador Cup Through the Ages. When I read it to Emelisea, it didn't disappear!
