Update: The glitch has been fixed.
Currently, there is a glitch involving the Mystery Capsule Adventure. If you have purchased the Maraquan Mystery Capsule from the mall, it does not show up on your progress page, and will say you have either purchased 0 of 5 Mystery Capsules or 1 of 5 if you have purchased the Lost Desert Capsule.
