There appears to be a new Halloween themed avatar that was released in today's news.
At this stage it is believed that the avatar has been obtained from people who have restocked at the Haunted Woods shops. It has also been discovered by some people that buying from the Neovia shops will also award the avatar.
BUT, it seems there may be a bit of a catch with this avatar. Merely buying any item will not award you the avatar immediately. At this point in time it is to be assumed that the awarding of this avatar is random. SunnyNeo will strive to keep up to date with the solution for this avatar!

Obtained by restocking an item from one of the shops at the Haunted Woods, Deserted Fairground or Neovia. Receiving this avatar is random, you may or may not get it when restocking an item. This means it may take you several tries to unlock the avatar. | ||
