Each year during the holiday season Neopets has a holiday offer on their premium service. During the holiday offer, premium costs you $49.95 a year, while normally it's $69.95 a year. The holiday offer lasts until January 17th 2011. If you're already a premium user you can contact customer service through:

Unlike last year, you will be billed for $49.95, you will not need to ask for a refund. If you were recently billed for $69.95, it may be worth trying to ask for a refund.
