There are now Magic Elixirs selling in the NC Mall. You can open these to get a special Effect. An Effect is a wearable item for your Neopet. There are two Magic Elixirs right now, Dark Faerie Magic Elixir and Kapow Magic Elixir.
They give out the following Effects: Dark Faerie Magic Effect and Kapow Effect:
When you open the Elixir, it will give you the effect. As this is a wearable item, you can place it in your closet, and use it when you are costumising your Neopet. Effect at like other wearables, only one of your Pets can wear them at the same time, unless you have more than one of them, and you can put them on and off whenever you like.
Edit: Please note that because of the zoning on these elixirs, they cannot be used with UC pets, baby pets, etc!
