Many users have reported their premium account not being billed, some have lost access to premium as a result of this. If you are using premium and your premium should be billed any of these days, this problem might affect you too. Most likely, this will be the result of the switch of e-wallet providers, which is currently giving issues with the NC Mall as well.
 
(It appears people whose premium is not yet due to bill can be affected too!)

If you have 5 neopets when your premium is ending, you will not lose your 5th Pet right away, but you'll be given the option to abandon or transfer it. The Neopet you abandon will be held for 90 days (which should mean, if premium will be reinstated during that time, you should get it back), after that, it can be adopted from the pound again. More info on this can be found in our Premium guide.

If you want to play safe however, and have the space for it, it might be an option to transfer the Neopet to a side account instead.
