This issue is now resolved. :)
Don't panic!
There's a glitch meaning NC Mall access is restricted for some users.
It will show a different user name and a message such as the one below, but this is only on NC pages and your account is not signed out. It does mean that some users are unable to access NC Mall and the Qasalan Expellibox daily.
We are missing one or more of the following:gender
