From the Premium Charter Neoboard, we have collected screenshots in which a Neopets staff member (a programmer, we'd prefer not to give his username so he doesn't get flooded with neomails, but we did verify his status as programmer on his userlookup) gives answers to questions from Neopians.
Firstly, a question and answer that indicated that the pound will be back with us, shortly!
Secondly, the staff member replied to some questions regarding the new 'Have you...?' module on the site. Here he explains that the options in the box are supposed to disappear once they're all 4 checked. But because the 4th option was to get the free NC Mall Cash, the NC Mall went down due to too many visitors. For this reason they temporarily removed this 4th option. Once it is back, the 4 options will disappear from the module if you have them all checked.
