The long anticipated NC Pet Styles & Styling Studios has been released! The Styling Studio Supplies are available in the NC Mall, and are on sale with a 50% discount until February 14th. These items are required if you wish to change your pet to have the nostalgic version. You can view more details on the Neopets Support page.

TNT has also updated pet lookups, they are finally animated and showing the HTML5 previews and have a button to display items another pet is wearing. If you're curious about an item, or would like to find items that match your new NC Pet, checkout our Wearables HQ, one of the most advanced Neopets customisation databases available.

Neopets is also under heavy load, and there are some issues throughout the site and the new Styling Studios. Unconverted Pets are still being given out the trophy, so you might not receive it immediately. TNT asks for your patience before submitting a ticket, as that would cause more strain for the support team.

Hi everyone! If you are experiencing NC Pet Style-related issues, please wait until the site stabilizes to send in a ticket! 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Many issues will likely be solved with just a bit of time hehehe 👹 A little patience when submitting tickets will help us out in the long run out so our incredible CS team can work through tickets more efficiently in the aftermath 🫡

Note that we are also monitoring channels and are aware of certain issues (e.g. like some pets not being awarded trophies) and are in the process of working through those fixes. For Pet Trophies in particular, there is a queue and pets are slowly getting their trophies and any stragglers after the backlog is finished will be awarded trophies all at once. 🏆

In prepartion for this new release, we've given our Rainbow Pool a makeover! We have also archived the original Unconverted Pet previews, and allow you to have a side-by-side comparison against the new and updated version, if applicable. We'll be sorting through these pets to verify we have the correct version. We'll also be working on updating our modeller and Wearables HQ to support the new NC Styling Studios.
