The Premium Holiday Offer of $49.95 a year (rather than $69.95 per year) is available again this year. Neopets has not yet advertised this offer, we are not sure if they will advertise it.
Everyone who's premium subscription ends before January 15th, you can ask for the holiday offer through Premium Live Chat Help. When you do this, you will be billed for $69.95 and you will get a refund of $20.
You must ask for the refund in the same month that you are billed. This means if your subscription ends in December, you must ask for a refund this month. If your subscription ends between January 1st and January 15th, you must ask for a refund in January, but before January 15th. The Holiday offer ends January 15th.
If you do not yet have a subscription, unlike other years, you cannot sign up using the holiday offer. The only thing you can do is sign up for the regular offer, and then ask for a 20 dollar refund because of the holiday offer.
