Fountain Faerie Quest

Every now and again, Faeries will ask for help from a Neopian to complete a quest. If you're very lucky, Naia, the Fountain Faerie will give you a quest. Once you complete her quest, you will have the ability to paint one of your pets as a reward at the Rainbow Fountain.

There is a higher chance of getting quests from the Fountain Faerie during the Faerie Festival.
