Neopets: Companion App
The Neopets: Companion App was officially released on January 29, 2026. It is available worldwide on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. To use the app, you need to have a NeoPass account. You can sign up for Neopass if you haven't already. The Companion App is built in a way where you can only use it on your main account; there is no way to switch to your sides at this time.
Getting Started
Once you log in you will see a version of the regular Neopets Homepage.

My Pets icon at the bottom. If you prefer a more compact view without scrolling to the side and would prefer to scroll down, you can toggle the switch on the top underneath the image of your active pet. Additionally, can see the compact view by tapping on your active pet on the top left.
Also on the homepage, you can click on Feed, Read, Play, Heal, or Groom and a list of items in your inventory in that category will appear. You can then use the item on any pet, and they appear with one of their classic sayings along with any other important message about the item (disappearing books, stat booster foods, etc.).

If you do not have an active Premium subscription, you will see an Ad button located at the top right of the page. You can watch an ad once a day for your daily ad reward. The reward ranges between 1,000 NP to 5,000 NP.

Games
On the bottom of the homepage, there are a series of tabs. One of them is the Games tab. It currently includes three active games: Fashion Fever, Sakhmet Solitaire II, and Kiko Match III. To play a game, click Start Game and the game will become full screen on your phone. To leave the game, click Exit Game at the top left corner and it will go back to the Games home. Just like on-site, the number of games sent score still applies. You are also able to earn the Sakhmet Solitaire avatar when playing Sakhmet Solitaire II through the app.

Dailies
The
Dailies tab currently allows you to do four common dailies: Wheels, Scratchcards, Trudy's Surprise, and Ye Olde Fishing Vortex.
You can currently spin four wheels: Wheel of Mediocrity, Wheel of Excitement, Wheel of Knowledge, and Wheel of Misfortune. Spinning the wheels cost the same as on-site with also allowing for a second spin. The Obelisk Boon Right Round Round Round applies on the app. Additionally, you can earn avatars when spinning wheels on the app along with having spins count towards your Quest Log task.

You can currently scratch cards from the Deserted Fairground or Happy Valley. All users can get up to three free ones a day after purchasing one as an in-app exclusive (one from Deserted Fairground and two from Happy Valley) with Premium members being able to scratch right away and non Premium members having to watch an ad in between each one.The same cost and cooldowns apply as they do on site. Once you purchase one (or if you already have one in your inventory) simply rub the circle of the one you wish to scratch off. You can also earn the avatars through the app.

Completing Trudy's Surprise daily can also continue the streak on-site. It is currently unknown if completing Trudy's Surprise solely on the app or playing on the 25th day on the app will award the avatar. Stay tuned as we confirm this theory.

Ye Olde Fishing Vortex got a glow up here. It is animated and allows you to quickly switch your active pet at the top of the page to fish with a different pet. You can get a second cast with one pet as an in-app exclusive, with Premium Subscribers being able to cast right away and those without Premium having to watch an ad first. Fishing through the app can count towards your Quest Log task. You can also earn the avatar.

Shops
The
Shops tab leads to several Neopian shops for you to restock or otherwise buy items. At this time the General Store and Hidden Tower are not available. Keep in mind you will be competing with those on the main site so actual restocking big ticket items may be difficult to acquire. It is good, however, for casual purchases if you want something quick. Buying items from the Companion App will count towards your Quest Log task.

Inventory
The
Inventory tab leads to your inventory. You can see all of your items and can group them by type. You can also toggle to see your NeoCash items, similar to on-site. Currently, the only thing you can do in your inventory on the app is to admire your haul and feed your pet.

Settings
Aside from the games and dailies, you can also establish settings that best fit your needs. For example, you can toggle notifications on or off for dailies, games, pet statuses, or all, or even toggle on or off the vibration from the app itself. In your settings, you can choose to log out or delete your account. If you choose to delete your account, you will be deleting your NeoPass account, which means deleting all of your accounts used on the NeoPass email. We recommend being very careful not to hit that button unless you mean it.

TNT has been continuously adding more features to the Neopets: Companion App all the time. Be sure to check back to learn more about what's new in the app!
