It looks like TNT have released this year's Altador Cup FAQs!
The main link doesn't yet work because it's not been officially released, but here are the individual questions linked below (duplicate numbers relate to both general AC FAQs and NC Mall queries).
Note: It is possible that TNT have not fully completed updating these FAQs as some of them still seem relevant to Altador CupIV. They will most likely be ready in time for the tournament, though! Watch this space!

[...] On the two tournament breaks, June 12th and June 30th, you'll be able to earn Neopoints for the first 10 scores you send per game on each day.
