When you're updating your userlookup or changing passwords, you might get this message:

Error: We cannot update your personal information

Here are a few things which you can do to fix it:
  • Log out and back into your account
  • Change browsers
  • Clear cookies and cache and restart your browser. You now also have to log back into your account
  • Change the country to match the one which was defaulted when you accepted the new T&C.
If this still doesn't work, just send in a ticket.


Or you could just play this in the meantime...
