Edit: it seems these site issues are getting solved. A lot of people have been able to log in again, although this isn'ty working for everyone yet.
Right now, there is a glitch going on causing many people to have a problem with logging into Neopets. When you are trying to log in, you will get a message you've entered a invalid password, even when you've logged in with the right one.
Also, if you try to request your password, you will get the following message: 'We were unable to find that account.' And if you try to update your profile (providing you were already logged in), you will also get a message about having entered the wrong password.
We hope tnt will be aware of this glitch soon and fix it! Until then, try to avoid logging out when you don't really need to, because you might now be able to log in again!
(of course, if you're using a public computer, be sure to still log out when you're going off, or someone else might be able to enter your account ;) )
