As a part of TNT's April Fools jokes yesterday, they "zapped" a random pet when you went to the lab ray. A random pet would be turned into a maraquan poogle, a strawberry mynci etc. This was of course supposed to be a joke, but there seems to have been a glitch that caused UCs (unconverted pets) to be converted when the April Fools joke was reversed. For some people, the glitch has resolved when they've tried to re-customise their pets, but for some, their previously UC pet seems to be converted. Rest assured, TNT is working on resolving this issue.


Edit: TNT is currently changing affected UC back to their former looks. If you have an UC pet which was affected by the April fools joke, please submit a ticket.
