Hello again everyone and welcome to day 5 of Altador Cup VII! Rivalries, hard work and extreme scores is what makes up today's results. Remember to take a look at our Shootout Showdown guide for help with getting those goals in! Let's get onto those results now.

Team Kreludor steals yet another victory in day five, almost sweeping all the water off of Team Kiko Lake! They took home wins in three out of four games; Yooyuball, Make Some Noise and Shootout Showdown. Kiko Lake finally got their stroke back once they saw they're quite fantastic at slinging slushies. Kiko Lake got one win in with Slushie Slinger.

Oops! Looks like Turmy decided to roll over onto the competition. Of course there were some injuries after almost fully incapacitating them. Team Meridell won three games and one draw against Team Brightvale today, absolutely obliterating the competition. Even though Brightvale lost Slushie Slinger, Make Some Noise and Shootout Showdown, they were happy to still take a draw in Yooyuball. What great sports!

It seems Team Altador once again falls down on the job, flailing in their yooyuball scoring. Team Tyrannia was happy to take home the first full sweep of the day, with left forward Wila Benne adding, "We're such a strong team that Altador didn't even have a chance and we're unforgiving when you go up against us. Pretty much, don't." Very confident from Tyrannia's side. Altador has no comment. Is there anyone even on this team this year?

Team Terror Mountain can't seem to get a break with their snow still melted and all. Team Mystery Island takes home the second sweep of the day, winning in all four competitions: Yooyuball, Slushie Slinger, Make Some Noise AND Shootout Showdown. Keep the yooyu's rolling Terror Mountain!

Looks like that crazy tree of theirs can't save them when it comes down to playing Team Shenkuu. Team Haunted Woods takes a sad loss today, only winning Make Some Noise and drawing Yooyuball. Shenkuu and their meditation tactics seems to really be helping the red and yellow team; Never giving up seems to really work for them!

That great river in Lost Desert seems to have dried up for the duration of Make Some Noise, the one game that Team Roo Island won. However, it sporadically started raining, giving Team Lost Desert the strength that they needed to take the reigns and win Yooyuball, Slushie Slinger and Shootout Showdown. Good job LD!

The oh-so feared Team Darigan Citadel strikes again, pulling out two wins against their hardest competition yet, Krawk Island. Neither team had any comments, barely muttering about how they needed to focus on beating each other to a pulp in the next round. Yooyuball and Slushie Slinger were both draws for Team Krawk Island, with Darigan Citadel taking wins in Make Some Noise and Slushie Slinger.

Team Moltara versus Team Virtupets was almost an even match, with Moltara barely winning this round of games. They took major wins in Slushie Slinger and Shootout Showdown, and a draw in Yooyuball. Virtupets highly boasted about their single win in Make Some Noise, noting that that's all they wanted. I doubt that's true but okay!

A whirlpool seemed to crash into Team Faerieland yesterday when Team Maraqua swam into their town. A great backstroke can be very dangerous towards any team! Maraqua took major wins when they sweeped Faerieland, leaving nothing to the imagination when Right Defender Barit Jowes described their win. "I know it sounds like I'm boasting but I'm really not. We demolished them, and plucked their wings off one by one. We deserve this sweep, we did amazing out there yesterday."

Seems everyone has been working really hard to try to beat each other in the past few days. Keep it up Neopians! And remember - Yooyu's do not like to be bitten. So keep the biting to a minimum!
