TNT announced today that the site is now up and running again. The big fixes for today (Premium and the NC Mall). TNT also stated that they are still working hard to get all the rest of the items on there fix list done as soon as possible as well. TNT is still asking users to submit reports on any issues you are still encountering on the site. They are now using the reports to zero in on any lingering bugs/glitches on the site.

So if you are still seeing any problems on your accounts you should be sending in a report right away. According to TNT's latest reports the site is now considered fully up and running, so if you don't send in a report TNT will not know you still have an issue on your account.

Here is a small list of a few know issues on the site that have yet to be fixed (Pet Pages, The Notice Board, Some of the Auto Frozen Accounts from the day the site was having PW issues and lastly some users are still having issues with sending scores, were they get the sent max score already error). We know this is only a few issues and that some users may be having issues we didn't mention. This is why you really need to send in a report if your list contains issues we didn't list in this paragraph.

The NC Mall and Premium are back!!! Hooray! It looks like there still might be some issues to work out, but for the most part, we seem to be up and running. :) Please continue to send in any bug reports if you see anything. We really appreciate your efforts! In the meantime, here are some key points for you: 
 
NC Mall;
 
There was a glitch earlier that prevented item purchases from showing up in your inventory. If you had NC deducted but no items, please write in to Support with your purchase details and we will make sure you get the items that you paid for! 

We have extended a bunch of end dates for items that were set to retire earlier. Please take a look and make sure you grab the items you want before their new retirement date! :) 

If you had any open Fortune Cookies or other items that you couldn't use due to the transition outage, please contact Support and that will be taken care of. 
 
Membership;
 
You should be able to access the Manage Membership page now. Phew! 

To make up for time that was lost, we will be granting free days later next week

Also next week, members will get make up scratchcards for the ones that weren't awarded.
