The fifth and last item in the NC Collectibles series - Ritzy Real Estate - is now available in the NC Mall: Maraqua Castle Collectors Wig.  If you got all 5 items from this series, you should also receive the bonus item.  Sadly, the bonus item has not been awarded yet.
