Mon, Oct 21 Update both Android and iPhone users are now able to reaccess the game. Happy playing!

 

Fri, Oct 18th Update!! Maintenance on the mobile game was to end in the evening of October 17th. When trying to access playing the game, a new and updated notice of maintenance states that the game will resume the morning of October 18th.

Last night (10/16) Neopets: Faerie Fragments was released on the Google Play and Apple App Store. It was taken down shortly after due to reported bugs of people being logged in to Neopass accounts upon download that were not their own and being unable to play for being logged into multiple devices. When you launch the app you are currently greeted with this notice, so sometime today it sholuld be back online:

Some new onsite rewards have been given out. For connecting your Neopass account you will get Luxinias Island Themed Background:

For reaching certain levels you can get new exclusive prizes. Golden Luxinia Shoes, Bobbing Walein, Glowing Flying Wings, Luxinia Ball Gown, Luxinia Ball Cape, and Mini Flying Luxinia are what are currently known.

There are also existing items being given out at certain levels.

The prizes in app for preregistering are in your mailbox in the game.
