TNT has announced that the unexpected maintenance over the weekend, caused by a database issue, took longer than anticipated. As a result, some players experienced resets in their Quest Log progress.

To address this, TNT will temporarily take down both the Quest Log and Trudy's Surprise features. They will then grant all players their proper weekly rewards for these features, even for those who haven’t finished the tasks. This means that all Quest Log users will receive their weekly reward, and all Trudy's Surprise users will be compensated with the equivalent of 25 days' worth of prizes.

Once this is completed, all streaks for both Quest Log and Trudy's Surprise will be reset. Players who had to use the recently released Premium Streak Save Ticket will have their tickets restored as compensation.

Hello Neopians! We had some unexpected maintenance over the weekend to resolve a database (replication) issue, unrelated to our new Premium perk releases. Due to the maintenance being unplanned, we did not have time to take into consideration how it might affect our scheduled releases, such as the Streak Save feature. We are aware of some users experiencing issues with claiming their weekly Quest Log rewards today, along with many users having their streak reset due to the unscheduled maintenance. To resolve this, we will be temporarily taking down Quest Log and Trudy's Surprise, and we will be granting prizes to all users who have an active streak with either feature (regardless if you've finished it or not!) This means that all Quest Log users should be granted their proper weekly reward, and all Trudy's users will be given the equivalent of 25 days worth of Trudy's prizes. Afterwards, all streaks will be reset for both features and anyone who was forced to use a Streak Save Ticket today will have their tickets restored. Please pardon our dust as we work and thank you for your patience.

UPDATE (Feb 26, 7:50 AM): The Quest Log appears to have returned. If you had your Quest Log reset, you should receive a Neomail and your weekly prize is in your inventory. Even if you didn't make any progress on your quests, you might have received the weekly prize. As of right now, Trudy's Surprise is still unavailable and those prizes have not been sent out yet. We're also noticing some weekly prizes from previous prize pools have returned. We are unsure if TNT changed the prize pool again or if this is a bug. The daily prize pools do not appear to be affected and are either from set 6 or the permanent pool.

UPDATE (10:00: AM): It appears weekly prize pool issue was fixed and reset back to the original set 6.

UPDATE (Feb 27, 11:00 AM): Trudy's Surprise is still closed for now, but the compensation rewards are being given out. You will receive the appropriate amount of Neopoints and items if you were to play Trudy's Surprise for 25 days. As well, the Re-Roll feature for the Quest Log has been released, allowing you to skip weekly prizes if you don't like the item. The first re-roll costs 10,000 NP. Every time you re-roll the weekly prize, that cost will double (ie: second re-roll is 20,000 NP, third re-roll is 40,000 NP, etc) and caps out at 1 million Neopoints per re-roll.
