Festival of Fears

On Tuesday, October 14th, TNT announced that a brand new festival will be released sometime this month. The event is called Festival of Fears, where Neopians will be able to trick-or-treat, read scary stories, and even answer trivia questions. Be on the lookout for when the event starts!
