You may recall on August 11th a user discovered this avatar while having a Chapter Replay Cookie on; however no one else was able to trigger it when returning to the plot hub with or without a cookie on. The text said the avatar was awarded for completing every activity and reading the entire story. Today it seems to be quietly showing up for people who did just that. So if you participated in the plot and think you completed everything — check your Neoboard Prefences page to see if you have a new avatar.

So far there are reports of people saying they did complete everything and have yet to get the avatar but other reports indicate it seems to be rolling out slowly. Otherwise, you may need to send in a ticket if you don't have it by the end of the day.

Edit: per the news:

We are going back through the accounts that should have earned it already and granting the avatar to each one. Please be patient with us, it will take some time to work through everyone. There is nothing you need to do on your side. The avatar will simply be waiting in your avatar collection the next time you look, so keep an eye on it over the coming days!
