If you are just starting your Quest Log journey, you will have a section called Tutorials where there are a series of quests to complete. These quests help familiarize players with the Quest Log as well as the site itself. Once Tutorial quests are one-time quests, which means that once you complete these quests, they will disappear from your Quest Log.
