NC Challenge
Starting Altador Cup IV, TNT began to hold NC Challenges. They are similar to previous game-based NC Challenges, you need to buy a ticket at the NC Mall. With this ticket you could compete in various challenges during the Altador Cup. When successfully completed all the challenges and you received an exclusive bonus Neocash item prize.
Altador Cup: The Grey Year
The Altador Cup: The Grey Year's NC event is called Altador From the Clouds.
Welcome once more to Altador from the Clouds! Though the tournament itself has been called off, Kiko Lake wanted to channel the Cup's competitive spirit for good with a wonderful benefit event. (They are experts on collecting donations, after all!) Come for the daily gifts in support of Neopia, and stay for the extraordinary views from this beautiful, flying glass bottom boat. Grab your boarding pass from the NC Mall to be welcomed aboard, and remember to select a gift for each day you visit!

You can redeem the same items more than once and are allowed to participate in this event on side accounts. Unlike in the past, bonus items can be obtained by redeeming items on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day. Prizes do not have to be unique. There is no final bonus item like in the past.
Participating
You can purchase the Boarding Pass in the NC Mall. Once you purchase it, you can use the Boarding Pass and activate it.
Once it has been activated, you'll get access to the Altador From the Clouds
Daily prizes

As of May 6, 2025What is the Altador from the Clouds event?
Altador from the Clouds is back and is once again being generously sponsored by Kiko Lake to help raise spirits and funds for all of Neopia! While the Altador Cup Tournament may be postponed, Kiko Lake still wanted to take up the mantle to throw a party on their flying glass bottom boat to help raise the spirits of those below. This year's event will start on June 3rd, with new prizes becoming available daily for 14 days. While the event is shorter, there are still plenty of exclusive goodie bags to collect every single day you board.
Can I use my old Altador from the Clouds boarding passes?
No, once this event starts on June 3rd, the 2023 boarding passes will not be usable.
How long will the Altador from the Clouds event run?
Boarding passes for the event will be available in the NC Mall until the 30th of June. You can purchase and activate your boarding passes until this date; however, you can claim your prizes when you visit the hub page up until the next Altador Cup NC Event
How do I participate in Altador from the Clouds?
To join in, you must purchase a boarding pass and activate it from either your inventory or the main hub page. Then, beginning June 3rd, come back to the page each day to claim your prizes.
Where do I purchase the boarding passes?
Boarding passes for the event will be available at the NC Mall starting June 3rd.
How do I activate my boarding pass?
You can activate it from the main hub page by clicking on the item you want. You can also activate your boarding pass from your inventory by clicking "Activate boarding pass" from the drop-down menu.
When can I start collecting prizes?
Starting June 3rd, you will be able to claim one prize per day. If you missed collecting on any day, you can always return to the hub page to claim those prizes.
Is there a time limit for accepting my daily prize?
No, there is no time limit for when you'd like to claim the daily prizes. As long as you have activated a boarding pass and the prize day is active, you can claim your daily prize at any time while the event is active.
Can I get multiples of the same item?
Yes. You can get 3 unique bonus items. They will be awarded for claiming your 3rd, 7th, and 14th prizes. You cannot get the bonus prize by only buying multiples of the same day prizes. While you can buy multiples at any time, to get the bonus prize, you will need to buy at least one of each day's prizes. For example, in order to get the day 7 bonus, you will need to collect each of the first 7 prizes of the first 7 days of the event.
How many duplicate prizes can I buy?
You can buy an unlimited number of duplicates of any prize, as long as you have enough boarding passes.
