Although these hordes of shades may seem endless, our efforts have not been in vain! Our scouts indicate that we have made a substantial dent in their forces. Recent reports suggest that our enemies are taking time to regroup. Take this time to rest your weary muscles and prepare yourself for the next assault.
The Reserve Barracks Walkthrough
To reach the Reserve Barracks of the Battledome, you would go to the main plot hub and click "Battle" to find a link.

Those ready to battle will be welcomed by Torakor, one of the twelve protectors of Altador.
Good to see another sharpened sword at the ready!
I'll be posting deployment orders for reserve troops below as the Defenders of Neopia bring word of new lands being attacked. Our goal is to provide support to the military or local militia of each land in defending their lands from these shadowy attackers. Report back here if you notice new lands being targeted or powerful enemies appearing. We may just need your assistance!
If you would like to help out but don't have the stomach for combat, the Neopian Hospital is starting a volunteer program as well to help those caught up in the attacks or adjusting to being greyed out permanently.
Battle Updates from Torakor
08th JulyVira, the cursed Acara, was spotted alongside a mysterious Yurble commanding an army of otherworldly creatures they have been overheard referring to as shades. After receiving word of this shadowy swarm wreaking havoc across the land of Brightvale, Torakor has already begun mobilising reserve troops to the erudite kingdom. If you have the strength to help defend Neopia, now is the time to wield it!

Reports are flooding in that Vira summoned more shades to cause mayhem as she left the scene in Brightvale. Innocent Neopians are still in the process of evacuating the area and being caught in the crossfire. Ready yourself and deploy to Brightvale immediately!
28th August
Vira and her grey companion have launched a surprise attack on the waterfront town of Kiko Lake, sending the inhabitants scrambling for cover! Despite initial reservations surrounding a rumoured cache of valuables that Team Kiko Lake collected under the guise of donations over the years, valiant warriors from across Neopia are turning up in droves to defend the small community of Kikos. Will you be one of them?
9th September
Vira and the Grey Painter are now waging war on Neopia Central. Reports indicate that the cursed Acara has summoned previously unsighted shades to sow chaos across the Neopian Plaza.
