The NeoHospital
On July 8th, 2024, the NeoHospital opened its doors to Neopians to volunteer a series of 6-hour shifts to help! Completing each shift will earn you a prize as well as receive 20 points. The maximum number of points that can be earned per day is 200 points.
Thank goodness those nasty shades retreated! Without their constant attacks, we’ve been able to catch up to the influx of patients. We may need more help if things pick up again, so be sure to check back in soon!
The Volunteer Centre Walkthrough
To reach the Volunteer Centre of the NeoHospital, you can either go to the main plot hub and click "Battle" to find a link or you can go straight to the NeoHospital from Neopian Plaza.
Volunteers will be welcomed by Dr. G, the centre's main doctor.

We really need all the help we can get here, but if you'd like to put an end to the mayhem directly, I hear they're recruiting over at the Reserve Barracks!
Act I
In Act I, there are a total of two 6-hour shifts that can be volunteered for called Battle for Brightvale I (available starting July 8th) and Battle for Brightvale II (available starting July 10th). It is doable to complete 3 shifts per task, allowing you to earn 120 points per day.

Act II
Act II is slowly rolling out as of July 29th. On August 28th, one slot, Clash Over Kiko Lake, has been made available. The Neopia Central Skirmish I has been made available on September 9th and the Neopia Central Skirmish II has been made available on September 11th. It is doable to complete 3 shifts per task, allowing you to earn 60 points per day. This can be combined with Act I. You can only earn a maximum of 200 points per day.

Choosing a Neopet
Once a volunteer shift is selected, any of your Neopets can go into service. Be sure to plan accordingly as any pet that is put to volunteer cannot participate in the Reserve Barracks until their 6 hours are done. When a pet is done with their shift, you will earn 20 points, a random item from a prize pool, and your pets will be fed.

As the plot unfolds, a series of avatars have been released. So far, these are the avatars that are available during the plot.
